A disturbing scene has gone viral after footage emerged of police officers smashing the window of a Black man’s car, unlocking the door from inside, and violently dragging him out during a traffic stop.
In the video, the man can be heard shouting that he had done nothing wrong, insisting the officers had “no reason” to treat him this way. Despite his pleas, the officers called his refusal to exit the vehicle “resistance.”
Witnesses say the situation escalated quickly: glass shattered across the front seat, the man was yanked onto the ground, and multiple officers restrained him as he screamed in pain. Viewers online have described the footage as “torture” and “an abuse of power.”
