A driver pulled over for speeding tried to justify his actions by telling police he had an emergency.
In bodycam footage, the man insists that his situation was urgent, but the officer wasn’t having it. “You’re endangering other people in this neighborhood,” the cop said firmly. “No emergency is important enough for that.”
The officer went on to explain that while emergencies happen, reckless driving could cause even more tragedy. The man eventually fell silent as the officer issued the citation.
