Some courtroom moments go viral for being dramatic.
This one? For being hilariously savage — and completely unexpected.
In a recent clip that’s spreading across social media like wildfire, Judge Frank (known for his warmth and sense of humor in traffic court) brought two young girls up to the bench as he reviewed their mother’s parking violation.
Trying to make it fun for the kids, he asked the older daughter a playful question:
“So… should I dismiss the ticket? Or should I charge your mom $85?”
Everyone expected a sweet, diplomatic answer.
Instead?
“Eighty-five dollars,” the little girl said, dead serious.
The Whole Courtroom Lost It 😂
The room exploded in laughter. Even the judge had to take a moment to collect himself.
“You’re throwing your own mom under the bus?” he joked.
“Remind me not to go to court with you if I’m ever in trouble!”
Meanwhile, the mom just stood there shaking her head, laughing, and probably rethinking a few parenting decisions.
“Kids, Man. No Loyalty.”

Judge Frank’s Verdict?
Don’t worry — the mom didn’t actually have to pay the full $85.
Judge Frank, still grinning, said:
“We’ll take your recommendation under advisement… but I think Mom deserves a break today.”
In the end, the only thing charged was the atmosphere — with laughs, joy, and the kind of moment that makes the world just a little bit lighter.
