A wannabe gangster-style meltdown was caught on camera this afternoon after police pulled over 23-year-old Sharnelle “Sharz” Thompson, accusing her of having a firearm in her glovebox — which turned out to be a pink Babyliss hairdryer. 💅🏼
In footage circulating online, Sharz can be seen screaming at officers:
“You lot are DUMB if you think I’m rollin’ with a strap. That’s a hairdryer, fam! For my EDGES, yeah? Not no bloody warfare!” 😤
Wearing a full Juicy Couture tracksuit and Yeezys, she continues:
“What next? You gonna arrest me for having lip gloss? Man said I had a weapon — it’s literally got a diffuser attachment! Y’all need Specsavers AND Jesus.”
According to Sharz, she was on her way to her cousin’s baby shower when police swooped in, guns drawn. A witness claimed she shouted:
“I’m tryna stay moisturised, not mobilised for war!”
She’s since posted an Instagram Story saying:
🗣️ “They had me on the floor like I’m El Chapo, when really I’m just tryna keep my blowout fresh. Violation.”
