In one of the most bizarre legal cases of the year, a woman is suing a man for a jaw-dropping $2 million after a literal nail somehow ended up embedded in her skull.
According to reports, the woman — 29-year-old Kiara DeLuxe — claims she was “just minding her business” at a home renovation site when the unnamed man fired a nail gun a little too confidently… and sent a rogue nail flying directly into her head.
“I came in with acrylics, left with a Phillips head in my frontal lobe,” she told reporters.
Kiara miraculously survived the incident and is now taking legal action, saying the trauma has affected her memory, her balance, and worst of all: her ability to keep her wig on straight.
“I can’t even walk past a toolbox now without flinching,” she added.
The man being sued claims it was “an accident” and that he “was just trying to fix the decking.” But Kiara’s lawyers are arguing gross negligence, emotional damage, and what she calls “unfixable vibes.”
The trial is set for next month, and the internet already has questions:
- How did the nail not kill her?
- Was she wearing a helmet or just pure stubbornness?
- And does this count as a DIY fail or attempted murder?
